Super VOBIS (TAS) (Victorian Owners and Breeders Incentive Scheme) is an internationally recognised incentive scheme designed to maximise market interest in Victorian and Tasmanian bred horses by increase their racetrack earnings capacity.
How it Works
Foals are eligible for Super VOBIS (TAS) with a ONCE ONLY payment by the 1st of February. They are then eligible for substantial bonuses when they win or are placed in specified TAB races in Tasmania and Victoria, primarily as two and three year olds.
Super VOBIS (TAS) is open to:-
a) The progeny of all Victorian and Tasmanian based stallions.
b) Interstate bred foals whose dam visits a Tasmanian or Victorian stallion in the year they are born.
c) Foals by interstate stallions whose dams (at the time of foaling) were owned by a Tasmanian breeder, see conditions for requirements.
