TasBreeders and Bloodstock.com.au are pleased to announce a freight rebate program applicable to all horses that were catalogued at the Magic Millions Tasmanian yearling sale on the 23rd of February 2010 and passed in on the day.
Bloodstock.com.au is an online classifieds service designed specifically for bloodstock buyers and sellers throughout Australia and the world. Bloodstock.com.au is also a central portal for people in the industry to connect around jobs, property and other general classifieds. The site is heavily promoted via Sky Racing, TVN and features in such print publications as Bluebloods, Sportsman and Winning Post, whilst also gaining considerable exposure through many online sources such as racenet.com.au, breednet.com.au and risa.com.au.
Bloodstock attempts to provide vendors with added flexibility when it comes to selling their stock either privately or through the auctions. Pre-sale Bloodstock gives vendors the ability to gain extra exposure in listing their draft live on the website, in-turn allowing buyers to do their homework before arriving at the auction.
Its post-auction where TasBreeders and Bloodstock have come together to provide potential buyers and sellers of Tasmanian thoroughbreds with an incentive. The details of the program are as follows;
TasBreeders agrees to contribute a $500 freight rebate applicable to all horses passed in at the Magic Millions Tasmanian yearling sale on the 23rd of February 2010.
Only horses listed for sale and sold through bloodstock.com.au are eligible.
Only horses sold into Victoria from Tasmania are eligible.
The program is valid until the 31st of May 2010
